The wonderful Marianna Leivaditaki brings the Greek heritage and rich cultural spectrum of her culinary philosophy to your table this month. You need to taste this dish. A breast of lamb marinated in a paste of feta, cumin, coriander, paprika & white wine, will roast until fork shreddingly tender. You will make an immensely satisfying olive oil-enriched flatbread by hand. You will fry crisp and moreish artichokes in a parmesan breadcrumb, and toss a refreshing salad of cherry tomatoes, parsley, dill, mint, bulgar wheat and watercress. This is a celebratory repast you will be proud to have cooked.

Marianna will tell you about her creation, below:

**Next Gen Soul**

Chopped up samples, nostalgia through a palpably different lens and lyrics that afford a vertical glimpse through a formative life of lockdowns, global insecurity and a new generation finding its feet.

Sonically today’s young producers are seemingly as likely to be influenced by James Blake as Erykah Badu, Ashanti or Ray Charles. In fact one core, defining feature of these musicians, is that rather than directly rebel against what has come before, they allow multiple influences to wash through their music at once; creating a rich tapestry of sounds and, notably, vibes.
