Petit Lucques Olives

Oval-shaped green olives with a creamy, vanilla flavour that some compare to avocados – highly regarded by true gourmets and olive connoisseurs.

Almost universally thought of as the finest French table olive, they are cultivated on a small scale around Languedoc. Picked young, right at the beginning of the harvest season, they have a distinctive elliptical shape and a delicate flavour all on their own.
