Tagliarini alla Pomodoro
Our family-friendly thick-cut tagliarini alla Pomodoro is made with recovered native strains of plum tomato found just on the other side of Italy from Napoli. Harvested only by hand, these tomatoes make some of the finest Pomodoro (tomato) sauce you'll find.
With fresh DOP basil and a hint of garlic, it takes minutes to finish, and scrumptiously coats our accompanying fresh egg tagliarini. The pasta also comes with a small chunk of 30 month aged parmesan to finish, if desired. The ideal accompaniment for little ones, so the family can enjoy Wild Radish together.
